Amarc Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver, Canada based mineral exploration and development company focused on discovering the next major gold/copper mine in British Columbia. The company is publicly traded in Canada on the TSX Venture Exchange and in the United States on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board.

About This Project

Amarc's wholly-owned, highly prospective Darwin and Franklin claim packages lie 27 kilometres and 17 kilometres, respectively, north of the Blackwater gold deposit within the emergent Blackwater-Newton gold belt.

Exploration activities are ongoing at both the Darwin and Franklin properties with helicopter-borne, magnetic and electromagnetic geophysical surveying. In addition, field crews will carry out geological mapping and soil and rock geochemical sampling over select areas within the property.

Amarc, whose parent company is Hunter Dickinson Inc. (HDI), is committed to working shoulder to shoulder with its stakeholders to achieve the timely advancement of its properties, consistent with its principles of responsible mineral development. In so doing, the company ensures that local people and companies receive priority consideration for employment, training and business opportunities, based on qualifications and merit.

The HDI mining team has a proven track record of discovery, project advancement and production in B.C. through its involvement with the Golden Bear, Mt. Milligan, Kemess, Prosperity, Gibraltar and Harmony projects. Amarc's goal is to build on HDI's success in B.C. and bring significant value to its shareholders.
